While editing the photos of day six, I realized that this was the 5th pair of pants that I wore at fashion week. Day one, I wore a wide-leg pants jumpsuit; day two, I picked another wide-leg pant jumpsuit with a cape; day three, I rocked bell bottom pants; day five, I dressed in another wide-leg pants; and here comes day six, I was in a matching set pants and a crop-top.
There is something about the wide-leg pants that makes me go crazily in love. I'm not sure if it's the comfort, the style, or both, but I'm certain that if I want to create an illusion about my height, I can always count on a pair of well-fitted pants to give me extra inches. Besides, these pants are so timeless and chic, they won't take you much effort to look fashion week-ready.
On day 6 of #NYFW, I wanted to wear this crop top and pants set alone, but the weather got chilly in the morning so I ended up throwing a ruffle sleeve top underneath. Speaking of the sleeves, I haven't worn any outfit with such dramatic and long sleeves like this one before. Clearly, I didn't know what I had missed. Such a small detail can make a big statement. At first, I thought my checked outfit was bold enough, but guess what captured the street style photographer's eyes on that day? Those ruffle sleeves.
Thank you so much for reading!
