It's that time of the year when we start planning what to buy for your loved ones (#HolidayGiftGuide is here in case you need it), thinking about what to wear to the parties, and heading home to spend time with our family, we know it's Christmas. The New Year is only 13 days away from now. Where has the year gone? Thinking about how fast time flies nowadays scares me. As much as I love getting everything done as soon as possible, I still wish to slow down time so that we could enjoy our life a little bit more. I sound contradicting, don't I?
Besides great holiday sales, fun parties, and delicious food, this season is also the appropriate time for sweaters, coats, and boots. Singapore temperature hardly drops below 25°C (77°F), but thanks to the stormy rains every day during this month, I can still put on some of my favorite sweaters whenever I'm out and about.
Last weekend, following the metallic and pink dress code, I chose to wear these shimmering sweaters, pink culottes, and silver heels to attend Givenchy Teint Couture Cushion worldwide premier. It was not the most glamorous outfit that you usually see me wearing at a party, but it was certainly the most theme-appropriate one. Besides, it instantly put me in a holiday mood and kept me warm while the rain was pouring down at the time we had these photos taken.
